These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of http://olaku.id operated by PT. Sahabat Hewan Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

- You represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction or have guardian consent.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- You agree to provide accurate information (especially shipping address and contact number).

2. Products, pricing & availability

- Product descriptions, images, weights, and prices are shown with reasonable care, but minor variations may occur.

- Prices are displayed in IDR and may include/exclude applicable taxes/shipping depending on checkout summary.

- We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors and to limit quantities (e.g., per-household limits).

- Stock availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation.

3. Orders & acceptance

- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm via email/in-app or when items ship.

- We may refuse or cancel orders due to: stock issues, payment failure, suspected fraud, or force majeure.

4. Payments

- Payments are processed through third-party gateways including DOKU. By paying, you agree to DOKU’s own terms and privacy practices.

- You must not use fraudulent payment instruments. Chargebacks without valid reason may lead to account suspension.

5. Shipping & delivery

- Delivery areas and timelines are shown at checkout. Delays caused by couriers, customs (for cross-border), or force majeure are not always within our control.

- Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier (unless otherwise required by Indonesian consumer protection rules).

- It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address and phone number are correct and reachable.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

- Cancellation is only possible before the order is packed/shipped.

- Returns are accepted for: damaged/defective items or incorrect items received, subject to our published return window (within 3–7 days of delivery) and proof (photos/video).

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or store credit, in line with our refund policy and applicable regulations.

For DOKU-related payment disputes, you may also raise the issue via DOKU’s dispute channel; however, final fulfillment responsibility remains with the merchant.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the site for unlawful purposes

- Scrape, probe, or attack the site/infrastructure

- Impersonate others or submit false information

8. Intellectual property

All content (text, layout, graphics, logos, product photography) is owned or licensed by us and protected under applicable IP laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
